Authentication Assessment

Our product specialists examine handbags, shoes, watches, jewelry and apparel against brand-specific guidelines. Authenticity codes, brand markings, date codes, holograms, leather quality, serial numbers, stamps, stitching and zippers are inspected to confirm 100% authenticity.

Once confirmed authentic and in near-perfect condition, items are curated into Suite Adore’s lineup of luxury consignment pieces for sale.

14-Day Returns

Change of Heart?

Not satisfied with your purchase? No problem. While we guarantee the authenticity and condition of all items on our site, it’s a woman’s (or man’s) prerogative to have a change of heart. Eligible items can be returned by mail within 14 days of the original ship date.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Request a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) via email within three (3) days of receiving the item.
  2. Package Your Return: All returns must be packaged in Suite Adore’s original shipping box. Please include the invoice, authenticity cards, and dust bags.
  3. Ship Your Return: You are responsible for return shipping expenses. For safety and tracking purposes, we suggest shipping your item via UPS, DHL or FedEx, with sufficient insurance.

Eligible for Return

  • Items that have been unworn and unwashed
  • Items with all original Suite Adore tags attached
  • Items in the same condition as when they were shipped from us

In order to protect and preserve the quality of our products, Suite Adore reserves the right to turn down a return that does not meet our requirements. If our team determines that your item is eligible for return, you will receive a refund within 10-14 business days. You will be issued a refund in the amount of the original sales price, as well as any taxes, in the same form as the original payment method. Returns do not include any shipping charges.


There’s something magical about free shipping. So naturally, we offer domestic shipping, free of charge. Shop to your heart’s content! Domestic delivery is on us regardless of how many items are in your order.

Items shipped within Canada are sent via Canada Post with the following shipping options:

  • 2nd Day Air (order before 12pm): $25
  • Overnight (order before 12pm): $45

Shipping to the US

Items shipped to the US are sent via Canada Post/USPS with the following shipping options:

  • 5-7 Business Days: $19.95
  • 2-3 Business Days (order before 12pm): $29.95

Customs and Duties

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered with duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at the time of delivery. Suite Adore may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.
